Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it, your item must be unused and unworn with original tags attached and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns in store are free, returns via post are subject to a handling fee of £2.50 which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds: When we receive your parcel back please allow 2/3 days for us to process the return. Any returns received on a Saturday will not be processed until the following working day Monday/Tuesday. 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of faulty goods. In all other cases, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale Purchases: ALL Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable.
